Project Description - This project included the part refurbishment of Building 250 to include a new experimental research facility. The refurbished space consists of numerous experimental research booths and collaborative meeting rooms accompanied by administration facilities.

M&T Consulting Engineers provided design documentation services for the following:
- Dedicated air conditioning, heating and ventilation to research booths and meeting rooms to ensure the confined spaces were provided with pleasant thermal comfort
- General and specialist lighting, power and data services
- Modifications to smoke detection and occupant warning systems
