Project Description - This project included the entire refurbishment of levels 4 & 5. The facility included individual offices, meeting rooms, open plan areas and a break-out space.

M&T Consulting Engineers provided design documentation services for the following:
- Air conditioning, heating and ventilation with control of the plant via the site DDC system
- General and specialist lighting, power and data services
- Modifications to domestic cold & hot water and sewer reticulation
- Modifications to smoke detection and occupant warning systems
