Project Description - This project included the replacement of the mechanical chillers serving 2 key data rooms at Parliament House. The Consultancy included strategic planning with key user groups to determine suitable chiller replacement options and to develop a staged delivery strategy to ensure the data rooms were always supported by at least one main chiller unit and portable spare cooling units. The main chiller replacement works were staged over two consecutive weekends and commissioned progressively to minimise risks over the project.

This project follows on from a previous project which delivered a standby generator installation to support the critical Data Rooms.

Both projects were delivered with a successful outcome
