Project Description - This project included the replacement of the mechanical infrastructure across four major health campuses for Monash Health including Dandenong Hospital, Monash Medical Centre (Clayton), Moorabbin Hospital and Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre. Significant consideration was necessary in the design process to minimise disruption to the Hospital vital installations during equipment replacement.

M&T Consulting Engineers provided project superintendency and design documentation services for the following:
- Replacement of main air handling plant in mechanical plant rooms
- Interconnection of the kitchen chiller to a secondary chilled water loop with automatic valve change-over operation to improve chilled water system availability
- Replacement of three critical switchboard installations in the X-Ray, Theatres and Kitchen environments
