About Us
M&T Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd Was Founded in late 2015 by its Directors to offer Engineering Consultancy with a personalised approach they partner collaboratively with clients to deliver projects successfully.
The Company Directors Kelvin Tian and John Masseni embrace every opportunity to work with clients to assist them in realising their aspirations and delivering projects effectively.
Although relatively young the Company has proven itself across numerous projects and market sectors including Commercial Office Spaces, Tertiary Institutions, Health And, Judicial facilities and complex environments such as Data Centres.
The Company continuously strives to build strong relationships with all its Clients by delivering projects in accordance with their aspirations, Meeting critical time programmes and more importantly delivering outcomes within Clients Project Budgets.

M&T Consulting Engineers has two directors managing and directing the Company.
John Masseni
John Masseni has over 20 years of experience in the industry in designing electrical installations for buildings, airports, data centres, educational facilities including tertiary, secondary and primary teaching centres and industrial facilities.
John’s delivery method, communications skills and collaborative approach are often commended by Clients
John is a Registered Building Practitioner in the Field of Electrical Engineering
Kelvin Tian
Kelvin Tian has over 20 years of experience in designing mechanical installations for office buildings, aged care facilities, retail facilities, educational facilities including tertiary, secondary and primary teaching centres and sporting facilities.
Kelvin has a sound knowledge of technical requirements associated with current Codes and relevant Australian Standards which reinforces his ability to resolve complex engineering issues encountered with Clients.

we provide cost planning services to enable clients and quantity surveyors to accurately price a project and source correct funding
Conceptual Planning
We provide assistance with conceptual planning of building services installations during the Master Planning phase of and throughout the early developmental stages of the project to ensure all installations are considered and correctly interfaced
Investigations and Reports
We undertake investigations and prepare associated reports to enable clients to have a comprehensive understanding of issues and be equipped with the relevant information to make strategic decisionsthe early developmental stages of the project to ensure all installations are considered and correctly interfaced
Project Superintendency
We provide Project Superintendency for small to medium sized building services projects to ensure clients appreciate consultancy coverage with engineering design and construction as well as the overall project delivery
Design and Documentation
We undertake design and documentation of building services installations for mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulics installations
